We have managed to rebook our flights in September with no problem at all - went onto the Direct Traveller website, filled the form in and a week later received a phone call confirming everything - we paid 15 quid per person but they have done everything for us - even changed the return date even though the original CTA ticket we non changeable / non refundable - would recommend to anyone.

Just for info for mint and Fawsley, I sent in form to Direct Traveller on Monday and got a phone call from them on Friday evening. It looks like there is no rhyme or reason on how quickly they are answering the requests. They could not help with rescheduling my flights (30 July, I have booked with Easyjet now) but were very apologetic and polite. I sent in same form to Cyprus Paradise on 6th July and have heard absolutely nothing from them even though I have used them in the past for holidays.

Les Msg 4 - How long ago did you use Cyprus Paradise as it for the last 2/3 years been owned as a trading name for Cyprus Premier only (no longer owned by Paradise Found). Cyprus Premier would probably not have your details from before.

We only filled in the online form last week - our flights were booked for September so really looking forward to any news.

Sounds like people are getting results at last but only if they are willing to go from Stansted or maybe Manchester. Unfortunately, we need to go from Heathrow as originally booked so credit card claim in the post and new tickets purchased for same September date to go in through the South. Not ideal but needs must!

Getting from Heathrow to Stansted is possible, would work out the same if you go via Larnaca.

Let's hope the union workers at Stansted don't vote to strike!
