| EHIC Plus was set up to fill a gap in the market for UK residents to reduce their premiums by teaming up their travel insurance policy with their free right to reciprocal health care through the European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) Every UK resident is entitled to one of these cards which covers most but not all your medical needs in EEA countries. http://www.ehicplus.com policies provide a 'top up' to cover the extras, such as repatriation and emergency medical care. Along with this it also covers what you would usually expect from a travel insurance policy such as baggage, cancellation, legal expenses, personal liability. With no upper age limit for single and annual trips, and annual policies from just £20, this is a great policy option! Policy Types: Single + Annual multi trip - Europe. Family + Couples policies - Europe Pre-existing medical conditions. Reduced premiums when used in conjunction with your EHIC card. Kids go free on annual multi trip policies. up to 4 months cover-.. |

| I have a standard EHIC card. Would have to go over the border though to use it. Also you have to prove you are staying in the south. (have a hotel room for example) |
