Green Car Rental is at the Green Petrol station (Unfortunately now painted RED ) next door to Green Holiday Village.

Green Valley is a completely different place!

I think it is Green Valley that Jay is looking for, as the question was about "green car hire in alsancak where the exchange office ". The exchange office is opposite Capitano's so I think it is Green valley as their address is Capitano Restaurant Plaza.
