If you have bought a home from builder Oskan Besok of Karsiyaka who trades as Goddess Enterprises and previously Victorian Construction you may wish to join a new forum.



The forum is to share problems and create a self help group to try to work through the problems this man may have caused you. The forum will work under the umbrella of HBPG but it will be up to the forum members to "do the work". There are several others in TRNC working in same way.



To join the forum please send an e-mail to - besok.buyers@gmail.com enclosing the first page of your sales agreement asking to be added as a group member. The group will only allow bona fide buyers, this the reason for contract info. Once you have received an acceptance e-mail you will be able to access the forum through a google account, register at http://www.google.com and sign in.



If you have any problems in registration please contact me. It will be early next week before the forum is fully operational so please be patient.

We know there are several sites where he is responsible for causing life a misery to the buyers. The early sites are in Karsiyaka but we are now discovering newer sites in Lapta, Alsancak and Esentepe.



The estate agents involved initially were Victorian Homes but since then we are aware of the involvement of Select estates and Unwins if that helps guide you to the group.

Like all the other forums set up exclusively for specific groups they always take time to get started. However success is coming out of several of them in getting work done on "building sites" and progressing that awful paper work.

Know him from a long time in the past when he was just a poor waiter, before he worked for Reg at Victoria Estates who everyone thought was so nice then but didnt listen. This man is from the same family as the loud mouthed blond Cypriot chap that has given so many people grief in Karsiyaka over the years.

Someone else offered the description - Peter Stringfellow haircut, always wears a vest and drives a hire car. If you have an incident with this man, do not call the police, they will either not turn out or you will end up being prosecuted yourself.

Back to thread, we are still trying to find people who have had dealings with Oskan Besok. We want to form a self help group to try to help each of us through a total shambles.

Not many people get their kocan when dealing with this man, we are on of the fortunate few because he had no control over deeds.



However most other folk have mega problems with this man.



Friends have decided to return to UK for health reasons. They got an estate agent to visit house and were told they had a good property that should achieve a good price. then the crunch, well two!



First they have no deeds so estate agent will not handle the potential sale. Second, when the supposed builder's name was mentioned the agent ran away. Oskan Besok is effectively banned by most estate agents as the number one bad builder in TRNC.



This excercise was repeated with other agents with an identical response.



I am not exagerating to persuade people to join the group, if you wish to talk to our friend I can put you in touch, although they may not be able to talk as they are quite ill and are now considering just closing up house and leaving it.

As expected I have been doing some checking for people on another Besok site and find there is no build permit. Which means no electric, no water, no kocan if it is ever finished.



So please let us know of other people out there who have not contacted. We must tackle this builder head on before all the Besok Houses are taken by bank, government or worse.

Who is the trouble maker. We and over 100 other families have lost our health our interest in living in TRNC or in fact an interest in living. Oskan Besok has destroyed our lives
