| HI All, Has anyone written to CTA's London Office in Pall Mall and actually got a reply, any money refunded or compensation or has it closed aswell as everything else. Still stinging from the 608 quid one way re book with Turkish Airlines after being abandoned at Ercan early morning 26 June. I am persuing section 75 with credit card but even if succesfull it wil still leave us 488 quid short. HP. |

| i got a reply via e-mail which basically said try getting a replacement from atlasjet as per there faq. just tell them u didnt get a reply and from what i have read its there job to chase them after that. also the cost of your replacement tickets is what u should be claiming for called consequential loss so u should not b out of pocket. http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/shopping/section75-protect-your-purchases#claimcosts i have taken replacement tickets from stanstead but was flying from heathrow,i am claiming for the £15 per ticket agent fee and the new airport parking i have had to book @ £140. |
