should be 07:30 till 12:30 but in truth it`s whatever the hard working civil servants want.

Most offices are only open in the afternoon on Mondays, Tuesdays to Fridays they close around 1pm. For example Kibtek's hours are 07:45 - 13:30 & 15:30 - 17:00 on Mondays and 07:45 - 13:00 for the rest of the week.
