Never tried them but on one of the other forums they say that the Pendeli Hotel is worth visiting.

Or the Linos Inn and some say that there is a hotel in Vouni that has apartments so perhaps worth doing a google search for.

The Mill Inn at Kakopetria is a great place to stay
