I have recently reduced the price from £145,000.00 and now I am open to offers over £110,000.00 it is a large three floor townhouse with private garden.



If you were to enquire directly to the Developer they are selling off plan for £125,000.00.



The deeds are also ready to be transferred to the new purchaser.
