Can anyone recommend a reliable honest management company

I have recently purchased a villa in Karsiyaka and need a management company to look after the place, pool maintenance, water delivery etc. I also want a company that can advertise the place for short term holiday rentals and manage that as well.



Can anyone recommend a decent company they have used and were pleased with?

I would recommend Debbie at Acmenya. Nothing is too much for her to do and she is very reliable.

i've been with Unwins for now 2yrs and consider their services to date as most satisfactory

ask for Peter at the HQ branch for further details, but from I see above their are several most recommended companys too so good luck (I pay £30 per month)

i have a villa in Karsiyaka and a company called Abode have looked after the villa, pool,garden for the past 2 years have always been reliable and trustworthy give Sandra and lorraine a call they are in Karsiyaka on a tuesday and friday cleaning pools.

hi,

I to use Abode for everything from the pool which is always spotless and well maintained, the garden which since they have took over is a pleasure to walk around rather than spend my holiday doing the gardening ive already paid someone to do, paying the bills etc and also the holiday letting.



Any problems where i used to fell helpless because i was stuck in england i now do not worry about at all, they are allways on hand via email or phone and get it sorted



Hakan, Sandra and the team are nice genuine and honest people cant fault the service
