Given the situation with PTP on pre 74 title I would not touch with a barge pole. Also I would not recommend anyone to buy in TRNC until the whole building industry is sorted out and the government make rules that are understandable and easily implemented.



Unless of course you wish to take a big gamble and can get the property at a basement price.

There is no problem with pre 74 turkish title deeds.
