On behalf of European Estates and the customers we have sold Thalassa Beach apartments to, we would just like to express our concern at the current position of the construction of this site. We are aware of reports that say a new construction company is due to take over, however our customers are questioning completion dates and whether the site will be finished at all in view of litigation against the company.



We have advised our customers to contact Kensington Developments direct for further information.

Agent1 - I would be very careful if I were you on what you say about Thalassa - a few weeks back somebody also started a thread in a similar vein - and he/she was shot down in flames!!



I am in no way connected to Thalassa only inasmuch that on our first visit to TRNC , it was the first site we visited, we were planning on purchasing an apartment there - that was back in July 07.
