Dopi television. Is anyone else having problems today?

Dopi television connection has been really bad today and now I can't get anything. Is anyone else having the same problem?



Tried contacting them but no reply.

They eventually answered the phone. After explaining the situation they said that it was Sunday and they don't work Sundays. I tried to explain that they advertise their system 7 days a week 24 hours a day.



They are blaming their satellite providers saying that they are doing maintenance. Same story as yesterday.



Will not be resubscribing in December, however I have paid 12 months subscription and not getting the service they advertise.

Reception over the weekend has been appalling.



Please send a text to your customers explaining why we continue to have these problems and what is being done about it.Its been like this for weeks now and is not getting any better



We are all really fed up -let us know if you can't put this right so that we can make alternative arrangements.

Going down to their office tomorrow and try to find out what the situation is. Would be a good idea if as many people could get down there tomorrow and complain in force. Don't for one moment think that it will make any difference but we have to try something.

One question I will be asking tomorrow is what service level agreement they have with their Satellite providers. They must be due some compensation!!!

They're PIRATING the programmes!

My 'guess' would be that the people from whom they are STEALING the programmes, may be chopping and changing the encryption to try to prevent that!

You might as well ring one of the programme providers and complain that your pirated feed isn't working

What do you expect them to say? Will they will attempt to muddy the waters with techno-mumbo-jumbo or will they blame some other system for causing the problem or will they blame the weather or will they blame themselves?

We posted the same thing a little while ago and a couple of answers said we should have taken their advice and gone elsewhere - wish we had.

Now it seems there are more of you out there!

My husband went down yesterday, after speaking over the phone quite a few times to them and being told soon be okay.

Yesterday he was told - "Don't worry it will be working fine by the time the Football Season starts"

I have tried to stay loyal to Namik & Dopi.

But i feel it will never get any better, and the fact that we just get the same old, same old, makes me feel that it is time to say BYE BYE.

Will they never understand that to keep people in the dark is the worst thing they could do ?, i have always been aware that this is an illegal system, and that i was taking a chance, so please dont tell me, i told you so.

SKY don't broadcast Corrie / EE - you don't HAVE to subscribe to SKY to get them - them are free.



The problem is that EE is only on BBC1 / 3 and that needs a 4.2m :( .. you CAN get corrie on a 1.8m form Iceman - but you need a Free to View Card from SKY
