I have paid for electric meter and was promised one week that was a month ago. does any know the number I ring to enquire what's happened and do they speak English or is anyone going into the office and can chase it up for me as I am in England

I suspect that you will have to go into the office in person. No good ringing today as I believe there is a general strike. Phone number is 0392 815 2223 that's for the Girne office. Good Luck.

I've been chasing this case.They are (KIB-TEK) playing 'cry baby' at the moment for not getting their own way,which is why nothing is getting done.

There is always a shortage of electric meters,according to KIB-TEK.I find the main problem being,when you pay for it you get told "week time",but take your money there and then and do it ..........



Sorry sir/madam we are out of meters at the moment,register for one and we'll contact you to come over and pay for it.



Would that not be a better way??????Instead of dragging everyone along.



I recently got involved in 3 meters to be fitted,2 were second hand.

My experiance is, a week or 2, is about right for locals....months is about right for "tourists"?
