Just to let people who are looking for apartments to let in the area around the golf course at Esentepe, theres plenty of good ones to pick from, my friend was offered at least a dozen furnished and all at bout £200 a month theres some asking silly money, but most are thinking something is better than nowt, but beware theres some in not very nice locations, dont rely on pics ask friends to check them out

Sorry cyprus chill mebbe didnt make myself clear this was for long let and in those cases people pays for their own utilities only thing that has to be paid by landlord out the money is the 10pc tax to the goverment, so they get £2300 odd pounds a year better than nowt and if youve got good tenants your place is being looked after.



Say youve got a 1 bed on a complex that you paid £30k for six years ago you would have almost a half a of your money back by now if it was let for that time.
