Can someone recommend a reseller of a pay as you go 3G sim ideally on turkcell only need it for a couple of weeks who hopefully speaks English and is known to be helpful "this is because I am bringing a mifi device that might need tweaking with correct 3G provider details"



As close to catalkoy as possible someone previously mentioned the turkcell shop near lefkosa roundabout but don't know if they speak English

The Turksell shop near the Council Offices just down from the bars on the same side in the town will help you the guy there speaks english and will sort it out for you.
