Turkcell contract phone question

Does anyone know what the service fee charge is for on the bill as I have only now noticed it after about a year. There is a monthly charge of 2.25 tl which I understand. This month my bill was 111 tl but they took 32tl for this service charge. Not worth having a contract if they are charging each month.

Obviously nobody checks their bill. My friend said she never realized it was on her bill and was horrified at the amount they had taken over the year.

You obviously do not check your detailed bill. The heading service charge covers text messages which are 125 kurus each for local texts. I had 3 last month. You obviously do a lot of texts. The calls charges are for just that, calls only.

I should have also added that SMS charges to outside TRNC are dearer.

Inside TRNC 150 kurus (incl. KDV) & outside TRNC 300 kurus incl. KDV.

Thanks for that scruff, its what this board is for giving advice and information. I will take the cartridges out of the barrel now. LOL
