At one time this was known as the library without books. Is this still the case.

RE msg 1: Bill, I'm not sure if you can call a room with one book a library but there IS a priceless Koran in the Sultan Mahmud II Library (built by Ottoman governor Ali Ruhi (1829), Nicosia. http://www.allcrusades.com/CASTLES/CYPRUS/NICOSIA/PHOTOBOOK/sultans_library/index.html
