You need to upload the photo to a 'photo sharing site' - Flickr, or similar: -

http://www.google.com/search?q=photo+sharing+site&hl=en

and then copy-and-paste the 'URL' (link) to the photo - you can't post a photo on here direct from your own pc

Hi crofter, I use these http://www.postimage.org/ Same principal as Keith's suggestion copy and paste the URL.
