Santa Fe Withhold Funds for Mains Water

Santa Fe Withhold funds paid by owners at Edremit Heights for the connection of their mains water, each owner has paid £1000 to be connected to mains water supply, all the paperwork has been submitted to the municpality, and funds have been promised by Santa Fe, some owners have been waiting over a year for the water.

Santa Fe have assured owners that it will pay out this money which it is only holding, but we're all still waiting, no change there then.

Santa Fe should be ashamed of their conduct in regard to this matter, taking money from customers who paid in good faith and then not transfering the money which is not theirs for it's intended purpose, shame on you Santa Fe.

Anyone who has any idea as to how to challenge this outrage please do let us know, clearly Santa Fe is intent on not paying out, this will further damage their already poor reputation.

Marian has more than enough to deal with.



Take your stamped contract of sale to your Municipality and ask why you have no mains connection. It's possible that Santa Fe have to undertake additional work before the belediye can proceed; it may also be just a question of payment though.



Make your own enquiries and get first hand information.

Molly been ther done that, municipality have told us they are ready to connect the water they just want payment from Santa Fe, so it is just the money we're waiting for.
