We have an unobstructed sea view at Seaterra Bay on the front line, there are still a few penthouses left.

There are different definitions, many of them used (or abused) by NC Developers.;-)



1: Unobstructed sea view.

This usually means you are a mile or more from the sea, maybe halfway up a mountain, but you can easily see the sea, a 10 minute drive away! Most NC developments are in this category.



2: Second line.

This usually means 'close' to the sea, with a view of it, but probably a 10 min walk or 5 min drive before you can dip your toes. There are a few NC developments in this category.



3: Frontline.

This means direct and unobstructed access from your property to the beach/sea. If you can walk from your front door and dip your toes in the med within 60 seconds,.... it's frontline.

Rare as hens teeth!





Frontline is incorrectly a term often used by developers to indicate there is no construction between you and the sea (at present!). It is often used when your property is 1/2 mile from the sea with a Main Rd, valley, potential hotel complex etc, etc, between you and the sea.





Having said that, most NC properties have superb views, unless you have chosen badly or not allowed for any potential development between your property and the views!
