Do some research on the pros and cons of buying in the TRNC. Lots of advice on this forum, please check it out before visiting the island. Check out the advice from HBPG so that you are aware of the procedures to follow. Its a buyers market so do not be in any rush. Shop around and compare different sites. Do not confuse hospitality with honesty.

Read, read, read.

we hav e baught on chelsey villige, as far as we are concerned it is lovely. the build is good. and when it is all finished it should be stunning a point to think about is the maintainance on a complex.

there is a lady selling a 2 bedroom apartment with everything in all up and running she needs a quick sail. at alot cheeper than the asking price if you look back to yesterdays posting you will find it . it is well woth a look

This gentleman from UK has asked a simple question Little Nige replies

'Lost count of how many times we have said "when it is all finished it will be stunning"

A few days ago Little Nige says in his posting 'No Efes' when asked to name the establishment "all those who know the area know the place, those who don't do not need to Know"

Thats us new boys put in our place then

I understand the Forum rules - and as I have made what could be construed as a personal attack on a forum member - I will now remove myself from the forum. Happy in the knowledge that I am not a member of the 'clique'.

k the fish please be happy in the knowledge that I am in no 'clique'.

as any that would have me !!!! blah blah blah

As for naming the no effes bar I see no purpose in naming a place that has given reasonable service but in latter days " in my opinion " needs a boot up the rear.

95 % of bars here will have one of the drinks I asked for, any one from west lapta / karsiyaka would know the place I saw no purpose in SLAGING them off.

Sorry if this upsets some people.

I see you are from arapkoy what purpose would there be in you knowing which place

Little Nige, I have a car, Cyprus is a small place, if its OK with you.... I may even

go as far as Lapta.

Nige, I'm sure you are a reasonable enough bloke - No, thats not quite true - you have taken the trouble to look at my personal profile and advertise it on the Forum - which is something you preferred not to do with the pub - so what exactly was the point of the posting about the bar ?

Hurry up I want to delete myself from the Forum

Mick,

I read what Nige said, "it will be stunning when its finished" and thought that it accurately sums up many peoples experience that visit this forum.

Come on now, is it not a standing joke that nearly all building work takes several months longer than quoted in buyers contracts?

Perhaps I should own up to the fact that I sent KeithH a PM the moment I saw his

Posting - I live at Chelsey Village. I'm sure he would agree that I was helpful as

possible. Perhaps therefore, it would be a good time to close this thread ?? and

put it down to experience, hopefully without too much offence caused on either side, I thank the support of the majority.

Regards

Mcik

Stick with it Mick. Usually for every response that doesn't help there will be two that do.
