Has anyone bought a cheaper flight which Pegasus are advertising on the second Thursday of the month? I can't seem to retrieve them and they look more expensive, or maybe it's the bank holiday stinger. Thanks

I get these emails regularly and most if not all are for offers for flights starting in Turkey, add on the trip from here and you're no better off. I've now starting booking Pegasus to Istanbul, then Easyjet to London Luton, much much cheaper.... for example ..... ECN -SAW - SAW- LTN return 08.12.10-15.12.10 £118.00 !!!

By the way,the best offer from Pegasus for the same basic journey (London area) was £194.00.

Keith is right you can get a good mixture and save some money but if either airline misses a slot or even as happened to one of our clients recently cancel a flight you can't get your consequential losses or hotels etc. This poor guy booked EJ who cancelled both the flights and offered replacements nearly a week later (for the Istanbul F1 GP!). Then they again cancelled the retrun flight when he was in Istanbul! We had offer Pegasus but EJ was about £20/£30 cheaper on the day he booked.
