I remember earlier this year, that a house in 'Catalkoy' was to be raffled in a lottery. Tickets were i think 79 euros Each. Draw was advertised to take place in October 2010. I know a limited number of tickets were placed for sale. Does anyone know if sales have reached anywhere near the minimum required for draw to take place ?
