Insulation for a flat roof - reccomendations please

We want to insulate the flat roof on our old house to keep it cooler in summer & warmer in winter. Have heard of some interlocking tiles that can be walked on but no idea where to source them. Has anyone had a similar project and can this sort of thing be bought in TRNC?

There is something else and it is very efficient. It is hard sheets of plastic foam material. It can be used for under floor tiles so that when you walk on them bare foot in the winter there is no chill, and likewise fitted under any roof tiles the hard plastic foam will keep heat in for winter use when you have your precious heating on, and in the summer of course it keeps the sun from coming into your rooms via the roofs.

Tayf in Karaoglanoglu have a white foam product that is stuck to your roof and then a protective coating is painted on. Not cheap, but you get 10% discount with your BRS membership card. Could be worth joining just for that.
