Donaghy and Heath "investment" goes wrong - beware!!

North Cyprus "investement" £100,000 with these guys several years ago. The property was built, but I was told that the market had crashed, and that there was no interest being shown at the moment. A friend of mine happened to be checking properties in Northern Cyprus, and noticed the property that I had purchased had been sold! I contacted Donaghy and Heath, and was constantly fobbed off with a number of excuses. I still have not received the money, and dispite constantly chasing them, and my solicitor (also based in Northern Cyprus) I still have not resolved the matter. Constantly chasing, but no correspondance from Donaghy or Heath. Donaghy is now in buisness as Donaghy and Beyler, whilst Heath is, or was working for Stringer Estates. Has anyone got any similar stories to tell regarding these guys?

Sydney Constructıon has NEVER BEEN PARTNERS wıth Donoghy & Heath Developments

we have been contracted to only buıld some of theır propertıes, and repaırs.



when wrıtıng about Sydney Constructıon please can you make sure your ınformatıon ıs correct.

What a crock of, I have heard some windups on here but this is definatley one of the best. Who would invest 100k with someone and then 3 years later post it on here claiming they have sold there property. You would have to sign the contarct to hand it over for starters.



But then again if you did i have something very ineresting. Send me 100k and i will send you the info.

theres plenty that invested 50/100k to builders off plan offering a once in a life time great deal all monies up from look at amareta valley

For £100k anyone would have had a cheap trip over to make personal visits to at least one of the gentlemen who appears to still be trading under his own name!

As for not being able to sell without his signature, that depends on whose name has been used on the paperwork throughout.

Have spoken to the person who told me that Mr Donaghy was part of Sydney construction and they confirmed that he was or is ,I was not suggesting that he was connected to any wrong doings

I don't think Donaghy has ever been part of Sydney Construstion, only used them to carry out some of the building works on their projects.



Steve Donaghy has been with Donaghy & Beyler for a long time and Wayne Heath went back to the UK some time ago.



Sounds like the first post by 'Brendan' is probably someone just trying to stick the knife in (although there may be some truth in it)!



Agree with apc2010 - change your ID Sydneycon1 - not the best of choices!!
