| One of my A/C units is leaking, it has not been used for twelve months or more, I think the tube needs replacing. |

| Take a deep breath and blow hard up the condensate drain pipe. Should do the trick. |

| Or coonect your wet and dry vacuum cleaner to to condensation pipe, seal it with packing tape and suck out the dust and water, then it sould be OK. |

| This is a common fault in a/c units which usually haven't been serviced for some time. A blast of air up the condensate drain pipe often clears the blockage, but not always. Try this first and if not the solution, give me a call. |
