| jbarnett there is not possible to find one Offset dish 1,8M here you will be lucky if you will get parabolic one i brought 1 over for myself from EU, good luck |

| Hi there, I'm suprised to hear that as I know people who have them over here, so I was hoping there might be a 2nd hand one available. I was told that you need the offset version for Sky HD channels, but if that is not the case then any 1.8m dish will do as long as it gets the Sky channels! |

| yes i think parabolic will work as well, no problem for HD channels. but i am not sure did 1,80m dish will get enough powerfull sygnal from SKY satelite, as for HD need much stronger sygnal then for SD channels. Parabolic dish better to have 2.0m or bigger. by the way you can look on: http://www.lyngsat.com there is map & sygnal strenght/equal size of dish in our location. |
