i was reading in the online version of the local paper where i used to live in turkey and spotted this little gem, which made me start and think will they do the same here ?

"The newspaper states that foreigners, not having medical insurance, must be registered by Oct 1, 2010 under Universal Health Insurance system and face a bill of 182 Turkish Liras a month to be in it"



It's quite expensive, isn't it?

i think its a lot plus you have to remember that the turkish temp resi like we get here for 187tl is just under 900tl per yr
