For some reason, this last week, people have been ringing my business partner in Octopus Pools, Billy, asking for me. Billy usually remembers to tell me but it causes delays in replying.

Hi Vaughn just a quick one. Filled up the pool tank Friday last week , about 9 ton. Today it is almost empty again. Any thoughts please ?

I'd say, without wanting to appear flippant, that you had a serious leak somewhere.
