| Hi Malcolm, As Barry "Snakes" has now announced that he is performing for charity, I don't want anything that I have said to have an adverse affect on the amount of money that is going to be raised for a good cause therefore, I will appreciate it, if you would remove the article that you published yesterday. In the circumstances, I'm sure that you understand. Thank you and kind regards Paul |

| Oh well I am sure there have been worse things done to raise awareness of an event or charity. No real harm done. Must say you had me convinced Paul. See you Friday night. Chris |

| I am afraid I disagree with the no real harm done Chris. I think there is some nasty smelly stuff that eminates from a male member of the cattle family in the air. The problem is IMO now that nobody is sure what is happening. If this truly was a ruse which I still doubt then you should have kept it going until the event itself. The easiest way to drive people away from an event is to make them feel like they were conned into agreeing to come in the first place. I sincerely hope for the sake of Ismail that I am wrong but I feel that this might now have done more harm than good. All I can stress is that it will not be a dissapointment to be entertained by Barry and the cause is a very good one, I really wish that I could be there and hope that many others make it in my stead. | Paul, I didn't think your article was about musicians who work free for charity, I thought it was about the government charging a performance or venue fee and Barry was taking a justified stand against this where the musician, although not for charity, is performing for the love of it and not for money. OK, you also made a few other points including if everyone worked for free then what about bone fide businesses, but overall the article challenges the government's ill thought out legislation. Just as in Cyp44, the comments stay, but if you would like to write another article explaining the reasoning behind your change of heart, NCFP awaits. |

| Have I got this right? You sent an article to be published by NCFP and and then after it was published you want it deleted? I didn't realise newspapers worked that way. |
