Somewhere to rent near ESK

I've just arrived in North Cyprus and need to find a place to rent near ESK. The local agents don't have anything. Can anyone help?

number of bedrooms

length of rental period

will you have any animals, or children,

have in mind the amount you are willing to pay for rental

I have a 2 bed apt in girne. fully furnished air/cons and fly screens. free to air sat tv system. small communal pool. everything new. £300 monthly. no pets allowed.

Thanks, sorry about the vague nature of my message! I need 2 beds and at least a six months rental period, have no pets or children and would like access to a pool if possible-not essential though. Ideally somewhere with a view but with a limited budget of up to £400 pcm I'm probably being unrealistic I know. It's great getting the welcome messages on here-thanks everyone!

Hi Sazzy,

Know it's a bit far away with daily travel to Bellapais but an apartment right next to us is available from 1st September. It's a 2 bedroom apartment with nice views and 2 swimming pools just behind the building.

Not sure about the cost at present but if you are interested email me at address on message 10.



Incidently, my journey takes about 20 mins each day now that the new by-pass is open.

I have to say, that if Sazzy is indeed a teacher at the English School of Kyrenia, and has "just arrived", then I am very very surprised that someone at the school is not being more helpful in her search for accommodation :-(

Try Sandra at Abode Property Management. Her office is at the mini roundabout just down from ESK. She is open to 1pm Monday to Friday. Her company looks after Bellapais Park (4 bed villas with communal pool) and Bellapais Mews (2 bed apartments with communal pool). Prices competitive. Her number is 05338639947

I have either a one bedroom fully furnished small property with communal pool just down the road from ESK for £300.00 per month or a lovely two bedroom semi detached villa furnished with communal pool in Ozankoy which is the village just along form Esk for £400.00 per month. We have a 4 bedroom villa in Catalkoy to rent 5 minutes from ESK (i know my kids go there)it is a little over your budget at £650 but does include the garden services and pool maintenance....i do know of a 3 bedroom in the same area in your price bracket but wont be available until February.
