Need Help for CRB Check

Hello Every one,



I recently been ask from my lawyer in north Cyprus ( H&M partners, Oguzhan Hasipogly) to send him some sort of CRB check from Uk.



# can anyone tell me the website in Uk or Company where I can get the paper work I need.

# Is anyone knows this Lawyer Firm in North Cyprus.

Maziar.....you can also arrange it via your local UK police station either by phoning or calling in person.

Are you sure its a CRB that you need. For our permission to purchase we had to go to our local police station and fill in forms and pay a fee then they sent our criminal records to us. The police can make checks of what is held on their computer systems about individuals and it is known as a subject access request. This is not a criminal records check. The police check will either provide a certificate stating that there is currently no information held about you on the police computer systems or it will provide a list of convictions.

I'm not really sure if i need the CRB.i just need Criminal record in order to get my Permission to purches.



So if i go to my Local police in London and ask for Subject Access Request they will give it to me?

All you need do is go into a Met Police Station if you live in the area and ask for the form for your police database entries, take two forms of photo i.d. with you, complete form, pay £10 and it will be posted to you about 4 to 6 weeks later
