I have 5 3/4 donums of esdeger land with wonderful views of the sea and mountains for sale in Yesiltepe.



Directions - heading towards Lapta from Girne - past Deniz Kizu Hotel - take the first turning on the left just as you pass Starling Supermarket (the turning is signposted Yesiltepe and is almost opposite Mambo Bar) - approximately 500 yards up the road (before you reach Green Heights Botanical Gardens).



The land is situated on the corner of this main road and another tarmac road both of which have eletric and water.



This land is being sold privately and is adjacent to land on which we have just built our family home.



There are numerous olive trees and some almond trees on the land.
