Our neighbour has been refused THREE times on pre-74 property. Always 'Military Reason' though we have our kochan and are nowhere near a base.

I was told because it was restricted land. When I asked what restricted land was.................the advocate stated "Pre 74 Turkish Title Deed" The Military and Interior Ministry having first refused because we were near a military base, changed the reason to land necessary for security reasons.



It gave me a mental vision of the military parachuting from Bellapais to the side of our pool or onto our roof terrace!
