Have just endured (out of interest) the SKY Labour leadership Live Debate! All Andy Burnham can talk about is NHS and always drags questions back to NHS! Ed Balls and Ed Milliband are so wishy washy and can see why Blair and Brown got their way David Milliband is a cut above the rest but like the other two is also wanting to please. Diane Abbot is at least sticking to her principles and is getting most claps!! However all talk about being British and guess what only 2 of the 5 knew when St Georges Day was!! Hypocrites as usual- Labour will be in opposition wilderness for a long while!! Know its nothing to do with North Cyprus , but who knows it might eventually affect us!!

Personally, I would just love the Labour party to collapse and die. They are not needed any more. With the exception of people like Lord Adonis, I really don't think the party encourages the right type of people in to power. We need leaders with humility, truthfulness, an expanded meaning making map, openness, self awareness, patience, strength (not bullying strength, but strength of conviction and decision) ,courage and compassion. People like Mandelson, Balls, Prescott, Brown and worst of all Campbell are the antitheses of many of these qualities. We have entered a new era,`where the left and right are both represented by the Lib-Con. Far from perfect I know, but I think people like Cameron, Willetts, Cable and Duncan Smith have more of the qualities that are needed to run a government. They are more selfless, where many of the Labour party seem more self interested.

ps in business, products that no longer function, normally die and get replaced by superior products. In nature, those no longer adapted to the environment die out. Hence the neanderthals did not make it. I see no sign of the Labour party adapting and evolving, but politics, unlike nature allows the neanderthals to keep spouting out the same old rubbish.
