Anybody used this clinic. Am at a loss where to go and had heard there was a new clinic there.

Him indoors has (we think) a trapped nerve in his back and is in agony. Cannot move, sit, walk. In other words in helluva state. If anyone can recommend will go straight there tomorrow morning. Thanks

Apparently there is a relatively new Clinic opposite a bike shop near Lemar Karakum. I dont know the doctor`s name but apparently he is at the general hospital in Kyrenia in the mornings. However, I dont think we will be able to stand about waiting.

Dr Ozan Razi runs the clinic opposite the Harley shop. He is a very good doctor and worked in Gazi Magusa Hospital before being transferred to Girne. His clinic is open 24/7 although he does work at Girne in the daytime. I think he has a partner to cover. I would definately try him.

ouch...he did not do me any good. Medikent sorted me out so without delay I would recommend you go to Lefkosa. Ask to see Tayfun Bey who is there after 14.00 in the afternoon.

Thanks mags111 and crofter. It did cross my mind to go to Medikent but was thinking reading someone else`s thread about a different ailment, if it would be more expensive there.

Dr Ozan is very good for certain things, but for me, he could not help and told me to go back to England to get myself sorted out.

Whistler I can normally help with this, does he have any pain in his left leg, and is the trapped nerve or disc problem Lumbar region.

The first thing to do before any treatment is to use an Ice pack (ie frozen peas wrapped in tea towel for approx 20 mins twice day.

Lee. The answer to your questions is no pain in left leg, but pain in left hip. Yes, it is in the lumbar region.

He is going to do the ice pack thing. Did call you but no reply so you will have a missed call with our number.

Thanks M xx

Hi. Whistler, should have said put the ice pack on the trauma are in the Lumbar region.

Do not apply any heat. (that may releive pain, but will make matters worse. Heat expands, Cold contracts

Thanks to everyone who has offered help and advice.

madethemove:- Tried Erhard fo myself some time ago, wasn`t really impressed, although I do know a lot of people (including you) swear by him. Thanks anyway. There is some improvement today and we are using the cold compress as suggested by Lee. Will wait until the weekend to see what happens.
