Hi folks probably coming out there again early october and we are considering Pine bay.I was wondering if there any restaurants and bars close by and also how far it is from kyrenia.Bob.

pine bay is a good 3 or more miles from girne, so a car would be recommended, as for bars and resturants, there are plenty but not to many within walkin distance

I stayed there for 5 days recently. Staff friendly enough. Basic and clean. Quite a few complaining of ear infections from the pool though plus they tried to charge me for having English breakfast but not until I was checking out. They offered it on the first morning but mentioned an extra charge and there was nothing about it on my booking. Could be costly if you are there for 2 weeks and don't know about it.
