difficulty contacting Amy Villas

I made an online reservation with Amy Villas last week and received an email saying that they were waiting for confirmation from the owners and I should receive this within 24 hours. I have not yet heard back from them. I have emailed again and also called them (90 533 880 8844), this is the number given on their website. It rings but there is no reply. I believe this company is owned by Izzet of Cyprus 44 forum and am hoping that he will pick up on this thread and contact me. Otherwise can anyone else help. I am a little disappointed particlularly as I see that this company was advertising on the forum for a full time job in reservations and assume that the person was appointed as the thread has now been closed. A bit of a gripe but my holiday is in 3 weeks time and I need to sort my accomodation out. Any help gratefully received.

If you think that they are difficult to contact now, they are even harder to contact when you are there and you have problems.



We were very impressed by the website, arrangements and booking but once all the money the service was very poor when we tried to get details pre leaving and then when we were there and had some issues we could not get them to phone us, or reply to our emails.

The villa owner is telling us to wait for a day to confirm booking.

I apologise that our reservations manager did not inform you earlier on this.

Today (9th Sept) is a religious holiday in TRNC. You will hear back from us on the following business day.

I am not sure who you are.

Our reservation manager answers all phone calls between 9am-5pm Cyprus Time.

If she is unable to answer any calls, she returns the missed call.

Her number is displayed on our website and in all email conversations.

Our customer service person answers all phone calls 24/7 whenever possible.

His number is provided in your pre-arrival information sheet.
