Rosie Unfortunately there isn't one. I shall be most interested in the article having been refused PTP. I subscribe to CT but get it a week late in the UK. Sometimes it's articles are published on the HBPG website. Martin

Hello Martin, thank you for that,i got the infomation from another forum, please do not ask me which one,i came across it by accident. Would i be correct in saying you were refused for being close to the army base ? It makes you wonder if it is all worth the trouble at times,we were told to go for Turkish Title Deed, now people are saying avoid them. Good luck Martin. Rosie

Rosie I am near an army base and my apartment is on pre 74 Turkish title. They don't say which one or whether both was/is the problem. I agree about whether worth the trouble. Knowing what I know now, the answer would be a definate 'No'. Martin

Rosie:"It makes you wonder if it is all worth the trouble at times,we were told to go for Turkish Title Deed, now people are saying avoid them." Only idiots or developers deperate to flog unwanted Greek property would tell you that, Rosie. Would you sooner listen to rumour, especially in a place like the TRNC, than follow sensible and well publicised advice?

Hi, Foreigners cannot own properties near army areas, full stop. Only Turkish Cypriots and Turkish people are allowed to buy properties adjacent to army. So, don't buy it. Hope that helped, Cheers
