Hot and Cold water machine problem

Hi

I have a hot and cold water machine, but only the hot water is workng, it's hardly been used, anyone have

any ideas what it could be ?

If the hot but not the cold is working its proably the solonoid valve or just a simple kink in the pipe, put the machine on a rince cycle and listen out for a buzzing sound if it buzzers then you more than likely have a kink in the colod water pipe, if it dont the valve has gone

You could alway swap the hoses over so the machine fills with cold instead pof hot water the machine will automatically heat the wa\ter to the temp the machine is set on

You have made sure the cold switch is on..... The hot and cold taps have their own switches.
