Long term rentals - any advice where to find?

Hi have enjoyed the forums - people do get quite passionate!



Anyway - we are looking for a long term rental - near to the beach, max 1 hr drive from Kryenia, from Jan 2011... open to location - prefer something private with pool - 2 beds min - but not a huge place!



any advice where to find such a place?



ie suggestions of agents, websites to look at?



much appreciated for any guidance

Hi



I have a lovely 3 bedroom 2 bathroom villa, 10 x 5 pool and look at the med from the kitchen window! Mountain views to the side of me. I have a large easy maint garden with irrigations system. I have mains water and mains electric, street lights and tar mac roads....(not the norm here). % mins by foot to a village with butcher baker supermarkets and clinic..all you would need. There are a number of bars/restaurants in walking distance too. Have a car that is for sale easier than buying one here and most prob cheaper. please email me on eforret@hotmail.com and I will send some pics.

We have a rental available.... you know where we live. It is furnished but 4 bedroomed so the bulk of it could be moved into spare rooms.



It has a pool. All mod cons etc.

We do have a villa in Esentepe for rent long term.
