| Hi We have just been informed that our land deeds are ready. Received our Kokan last year and thought that was it!!! Can anybody tell us what this is and if it will cost us any more? (and why I keep getting a message that subject is too short) Brend |

| We are on a communal site so thought this was all done. I know it appears I am a bit thick and probably I am because we have been very very lucky in the fact that we did not use a "solicitor" . We registered our contract at the land registrar and got the permission to purchase and payed our taxes last year and received Kokan, but don't know about land deeds. We have been learning as we have been going on but obviously have not learned enough!!!! Brend |
