| You can find a little about the village here. http://whatson-northcyprus.com/interest/iskele/buyukkonuk.htm Even though the maps show the main road passing through the village, the new road is almost complete and bypasses the village, so you'll need to look out for signs. |

| Worth a visit? I rekcon it is good to see the 'old' Cyprus. Best to go when they have one of their Eco Days, otherwise look at the shop run by Delcraft - they are the people who organise a lot of what is on. Nice place outside to stay - Pine View. The old school is now a restaurant and a place to stay in log cabins. Why not go for an overnight stay and take a good look around. It is a face of C|yprus well worth seeing. |
