New car tax office location

We need to tax our car before going to uk on Saturday as our guests will be using it while we are away. Firstly, where is the new office and also the tax only expires on the 30th of this month, can we tax it early? Some one tells us you have a months grace but we are taking that with a pinch of salt. Any help gratefully received.

travel down the road from the colony towards the pia bella. Turn left just before the hospital. Take 1st right, then 1st right again and its there on your right. Big new building with pillars outside.

I went today (13th). It was very quick. I waited about 10 minutes (4 before me) and my transaction took less than 2 minutes. There was no penalty although it had expired on 31st August. They want the log book, old tax disc (which they keep), insurance certificate, MOT and emissions test (the latter 2 only if the car is more than 3 years old).

The 2 subsequent right turns are signposted to the Kaymakam's office.
