Hi, we seem to have lost some of the colour on our TV - don't seem to have red - is this a digiturk problem or something we can fix ourself and, if so, how? Thanks xx

"Make sure the scart cable is sitting firmly in its socket on both ends...(TV and receiver) " I second that, this happened to us a few weeks ago, thought TV was on the blink. Unplugged scart, both ends, when replaced, picture OK. Good luck. Navek

If that doesnt work there is a section in TV's that process colours. every colour is produced from red green and blue there will be a plug from the circuit board to the screen carrying this info which may be loose or dirty ! regards Barry

The DVD player probably has its own scart cable connecting it to the TV Have you checked the scart lead connections of Digiturk box?
