Looking for a villa for holiday let next August

Hello im looking for a villa to rent from August 8th 2011 for 3 weeks for 2 people. We have been to North Cyprus before and are looking for somewhere in the Lapta area, within walking distance to bars and restaurants, and the main road for the bus.



We are looking for a villa with a private pool, at least 2 bathrooms, we would like Lapta, but would also look at Karaoglanoglu, Alsancak or Karisyaka. The main factor being private pool and walking distance to bars, restaurants and the main road.

Thanks, I have had a look. Villa 422442 is a definate possibility, I think it is very close to the villa we stayed in this year, the other 2 villas are already booked for the first week of our holiday, and as beautiful as Escape View is, it really is way to large for 2 people.



Any other suggestions are more than welcome.

I was just wondering if anyone had any other villa suggestions, the date we will be arriving is actually 7th August, I put the wrong date on the original post. The only villa of the ones above that seems available is Villa Baba, I have requested details but have not yet had any response.

My villa is booked from 2 to 16 August 2011, but my sister-in-all has one, more or less the same as mine, it is situated in Lapta seaside just five minutes of JK's bar and Sempati Hotel. I actually stayed at your villa for 3 weeks this August, I decided to look on this site for next year as we did not want to go through an agency again this year.



We had a lovely time, and the neighbours were lovely (Poochops and Lynn)



If you could sent me some pictures of the other villa, and how much it would be per week that would be great.

I think I know which one it is, is it the one John was staying in?

You don't have to deal with an agency as we are the owners and we live nearby
