One of our dogs, "Dixie", became slightly incontinent (says veterinarian Firdez) and must now use the medicine "Propalin". But - and I know this is Cyprus - this medicine is not for sale in TRNC (says veterinarian Firdez). So today a friend went to our former Dutch vet who gave a prescription and three 50cl bottles. My friend will bring the bottles when he comes holidaying here. The question now is: will TRNC Customs accept this or will we run the risk of losing the (expensive) bottles of "Propalin"? Does anyone out there have any experience with importing "Propalin"?

Yes, we bought Propalin online and had it delivered in the UK. We did not declare it at Ercan as we had a TRNC prescription for it.

Thanks, Mal! I'll ask our vet for a prescription and will scan/mail that to my friend in Holland. Do you remember how much you paid for Propalin bought on line? And where (USA, I suppose)? I have to pay 30 Euros per small bottle in Holland!
