Has anyone been to the Bar B restaurant near Tatlisu?

On a number of occasions, we've been recommended to visit the Bar B restaurant and was wondering if anyone has been there and what do they think of the food? About 12 of us are looking for an evening out..........is this the place to go? Thanx

Not an extensive menu & mostly fish dishes but the food is superb. All staff work hard to please their customers. A very nicely turned out restaurant.



If you are going with 12 people they will be delighted to have yuo but booking (anywhere) with that number is a must.

I agree with Morty. The menu isn't huge but the Sea Bass I sampled was the best I'd tasted on my visit in August. The Turkish rice pudding was really delicious...definitely worth tasting.



The staff were very friendly and the chef came out from the kitchen to find out if we had enjoyed his cooking!!



Unusual surroundings with a real homely feel. Give it a go!

Excellent meal - my hsband had prawn casserole which he thought very tasty and I had barb special again v good.

Definitely recommend it.

we went in july after recomendation from freinds at our site , im a t-bone steak lover and they said it was fantastic so we went , unfortunately no t-bone when we went so i had lamb chops , excellant meal was had by all and we will definately be going back.

Not very honest people, we went there and had a bad meal (cold as electric was off) paid the bill and agreed they would give us a free meal next time......you guessed it they changed their minds when we booked the next time............won't be going back there can't stand dishonest people

Good food , good prices. Nice friendly staff. Chef overheard us being unable to choose from a reasonable size menu and offered to do something special after getting an idea of what we anted. Absolutely great.

Nice to see that some had no complaints at all holiday over, well its back to the bread & butter then - amerillo hope you managed to get there in the end, we will be going there on Wednesday again (eat your hearts out) for their fresh anchovies and their garlic prawns, to die for

Snaefell price is secondary to the great foods served lol

Msg 16 - From Esentepe, through Kucuk Erenkoy, pass signs for Stevies and it is on the right hand side, just after Tatlisu Villas site. At night you cant miss it as it has a blue light on outside. Plenty of parking also

Visited B Bar when we were over a few weeks ago, they seem to be doing very well. We had a meal which was very nice but I think they should have a more extensive menu. People with children probably could not afford to take them there for a meal.



I have noticed that there is not many restaurants in the area that cater for childrens meals. We were pleasantly surprised though when we called in at a restaurant just further on from B Bar "I cant remember the name" but it is next to the Sevilla housing estate just before you turn off to the Joya Bar. The young man in there is called Josef he is very nice, he has an extensive menu, also he does omelette and chips for 7.50tl.

Think you went to the Sinya Restaurant, Yusef is very good and he would cook you whatever if he could.



Bar B is also very good, and for childrens meal Fish fingers there cannot be better, they are really fish gougons with very fresh fish being used.

super food . the staff areall great . nat and yunis are superb hosts and emre. we went a few weeks ago but i did complain about the prices.. ive eaten in more upmarket establishments that wewe a lot cheaper.. but over all 8 out of 10 ..x

Bar B is excellent didnt notice the prices as the food was superb ,

Yunis and Natalie are two wonderfull people .

The chef always comes to see you off when you leave , and asks if you enjoyed his cooking nice ambience and really friendly.
