the villa is in great local location close to town harbour restaurants everything you may need its fenced all way round so pets will be save ours have been for the past 8 years

we would like to sell but as that is not possible with the property mrket being a little slow will are looking at the possibility for swapping our cyprus property for somewhere in the uk

What is the approx value of your house here and which areas of UK are you looking for.

the title deeds are esdeger we have the kocan in our hands of course

as far as location in the uk we are not fussed

the property value is 250.000 but as i have said before with the cureent market we are open to all offers swap sell or part exchange
