We are looking for a 4+ bed villa in any of the above areas to rent long term, preferably furnished or part. We currently own a 3 bed property in Ozankoy which we intend to rent out ourselves as soon as we find something suitable to move to. We are non-smokers, have 2 young children and no pets. A pool would be preferable but not essential. Please email me if you think your property would suit.

Telman, the house that we intend to rent out is 3 bedrooms corner plot in nice residential area, no pool, but big garden. Unfortunately we can't rent our house out until we find something ourselves, which is proving quite difficult to find. But, as soon as we have got something I will put a post on here to advertise it.

Hi Pinar, thank you so much for letting me look at your villa. The villa is in a great street and in size is fine, only problem we have is all the other houses have dogs and unfortunately we are not big dog lovers having two small children, so I am afraid we will have to say no to the rental. Thank you and Tracey for your time, I am sure it will get snapped up as there are so few 4 bed villas about. Sharon

Sandra from Abode Property Management and Letting has 4 bed villas for rent on Bellapais Park in Ozankoy. It is a nice quiet development of 7 houses around a communal swimming pool and I know that there are 2 families on there both with young children and no dogs. Her number is 0533 863 9947.

I have a 4 bed bungalow style villa in ozankoy, 2bedrooms have en-suites. It is set within a large garden with mature fruit trees, shrubs and very old olive trees. The villa has a roof terrace, and a lovely overflow pool with a roman end, measuring 10x5

It is located in a quiet spot near rafters restaurant.

Available from the beginning of November.

Sorry I didn't get back to you Summer, I did look at your property (I actually know the people that rented it from you previously). It is lovely but not quite what I am looking for, I need something a bit bigger. Thanks anyway. I hope you get it rented out soon.
